- Course objectives
- The discipline introduces students into basics of evaluation in education. It deals with the main concepts and approaches to this topic. Also, it offers an insight into main areas of evaluation in education, such as evaluation of educational needs, evaluation of educational programs, evaluation of textbooks, evaluation of the teaching process, evaluation of educational millieu, evaluation of educational results, evaluations through standards, evaluation of effects of education, evaluation of school effectiveness, evaluation on the basis of indicators, evaluation of educational research.
