- Course objectives
- A topic-based course aimed at vocabulary expansion, using skills acquired in Collocations A. Students will learn to compile subcorpora, which they can later put to use in translation. However, the focus of this course is not translation itself but the study of new expressions and the company they keep. The aim is to create a database of collocations with their translations. Czech corpora and parallel corpora will also be used in the course.
