Course objectives (in Czech)
Československo-rakouské vztahy 1945-1995 byly poznamenány četnými přelomy charakteristickými pro vývoj střední Evropy po Druhé světové válce. K tematickým okruhům, které budou probrány také na základě archivních materiálů a video-ukázek dokumentárních filmů patří následující otázky: obnovení diplomatických vztahů 1945; komplikovaný vývoj v odlišných podmínkách 50tých let; česká menšina ve Vídni; 60tá léta a následky invaze Československa 21.8.1968; politické a hospodářské zájmy versus porušování lidských práv v ČSSR v 70tých a 80tých letech; rozpory v rámci Helsinského procesu, podpora čsl. opozice Rakouskem, aktivity československého exilu; pokusy o nové sousedství po roce 1989.
