Course objectives
This seminar follows up the subject matter of the seminar called Vybrané kapitoly z portugalské literatury I, but focuses on brasilian literature of the twentieth century.
Syllabus
  • We are going to concentrate on the interpretation of texts written by Brazilian female writers of the twentieth century, especially on their production of short stories.There will be analysed many famous authors, such as Ana Miranda, Adélia Prado, Ana Paula Pacheco, Edla van Steen, Márcia Denser, Nilza Rezende, Cecília Meireles, Renata Pallottini, Letícia Wierzchowski, Heloisa Seixas.
