Course objectives
The aim of the course is to bring to the attention the current issues of positive psychology - its background, main subjects and the range of research. The interest is paid to the study of positive emotions, positive traits and qualities of personality (human strengths) and the research on quality of life, as well as to some aspects of positive psychotherapy.
