- Course objectives
- Course of Croatian / Serbian language, expansion of basic vocabulary, completing the teaching of basic grammatical rules (other declination types of maskulinum, femininum and neutrum nouns and adjectives, declination and a comparison of adjectives, creating the past tense, prepositional words, the most used conjunctions, basic and ordinal numbers, imperative and conditional sentences). At the end of the course students should be able to communicate on basic level on everyday topics
- Syllabus
- Course of Croatian / Serbian language, expansion of basic vocabulary, other terms necessary for normal everyday communication; other declination types of nouns, adjectives declination, verb tenses; prepositional structures, the other conjunctions. Lessons are based on the structure of the textbooks (Srpski jezik za strance, Učimo hrvatski, Dobro došli, Srpskohrvatski jezik za strance, Srbocharvátština pro samouky etc.).

- Teaching methods
- Serbian: Seminars, 1½ hours per week, plus half an hour tutorials to be arranged individually with students.
- Assessment methods
- For Serbian language: active participation in the seminar (which is allowed a maximum of 3 absence)10%, homeworks 50%, written test and oral exam 30%.
