Course objectives
Principal aims of this course are:
1. to supply theoretical information about fundamental prerequisites of an effective presentation
2. to improve student`s presentation skills.
Syllabus
  • 1. Teoretical introduction - methodics of presentation, goalsetting
  • 2. Planning and designing of presentation, target group, analysis of needs
  • 3. Preparation of presentation, making provision for presentation conditions
  • 4. Aim and content of presentation, structure, succession of information
  • 5. Verbal and nonverbal communication
  • 6. Effective argumentation
  • 7. Audiovisual aids and ways of its usage
  • 8. Possible problems during presentation and its constructive solving
  • 9. Training of presentation skills
