- At the end of the course students should be able to:
a) repeat phases of project;
b) discuss problems of management of project;
c) demonstrate continuity of phases of project;
d) test organizational positions;
e) design project;
f) evaluate selected project. - Syllabus
- 1)Why project management?
- 2)What is project, success criteria;
- 3)Vision, targets and outputs;
- 4)Phases of project, work schedule, Gantts diagram;
- 5)SWOT analyse;
- 6)schedule of project;
- 7)Risk, risk plan, risk management;
- 8)Team, meeting, coordination, leader;
- 9)Communication plan;
- 10)Evaluation of targets, comletion of project.
