Course objectives
Intricate events of Rusiian literature of the 20th century were started up by the emergence of Modernism at the 90th of 19th century. This style was sharply differentiated from previous Positivism, Realism and Naturalism, even though in reality specifically transformed many approaches of the previous periods. Similarly it took place in provocative declarations of vociferous Avant-garde, its own creation was founded on a deliberate and elaborate transfiguration of poetics, which was refused in public by the Avant-garde representatives. Thus it is not surprisingly, that we can meet such approaches in Postmodernism, where the tendency to rigorous diffusion of genres of imaginative, factual and profane literature including numerous use of decay linguistic layers has showed itself in the meantime as the most distinctive trend. Especially we will focus on analysis of poetics of some literary works selected in accordance with research subjects of graduant students.
