- Main objectives of the course:
At the end of this course, the students should be able to:
- be familiar with the rules of writing Chinese characters
- be familiar with relevant grammar
- be familiar with relevant vocabulary
- apply the acquired knowledge in reading elementary texts and translate the texts
- create structural conversions on the basis of the relevant grammar - Syllabus

- (2) Basic sentences construction;
- (3) Verbless noun predication;
- (4) Verbal copulas;
- (5) Verbal predicates;
- (6) Verbal predicates - transitive verbs;
- (7) Transitive verbs - active and passive;
- (8) Transitive verbs with two objects I;
- (9) Transitive verbs with two objects II;
- (10) Verbs you and wu;
- (11) Interrogatives;
