- Po prvním roce studia posluchači absolvují prázdninovou terénní praxi I v délce 3 týdnů, která probíhá na vědecko-výzkumné základně MU v Těšeticích-Kyjovicích. V reálných podmínkách archeologického výzkumu zde aplikují své dosavadní znalosti především z oblasti terénní teorie a praxe, geodézie a znalectví hmotné kultury. Při výzkumu se předpokládá jejich aktivní a samostatná účast při preparaci, dokumentaci a exploataci archeologických nálezových situací.
