- Course objectives
- One semester course for beginners. It develops skills gained in previous courses. The stress is put on exercising grammatical issues, conversations and different text translations. There are used original, not-tuned audio materials. The course is comprehensive with certification system. The level of Polish knowledge after this 2nd semester course is B1 ‘pre-intermadiate level’ - B2 ‘intermediate level’.
After completing the course students will be able to:
- understand and explain grammatical structures adequate to the course level
- use information and lexis in communication with native speakers
- build correct grammatical structures
- interprete Polish texts
- read, write and speak in proper Polish

The condition to pass this subject is to prepare 15 minutes presentation on chosen topic, reading of 1 book in Polish and passing the test. The later is conducted in the term agreed with the lecturer and students. Additionally students have to prepare all written works assigned by the teacher. There are possible two absences in each semester. - Language of instruction
