- Course objectives
- The main objective of the course can be summarised as follows: to explain and to practice basic morphological and syntactic phenomena of the normative grammar necessary for understanding Latin texts;
- Syllabus
- Morphology:
- comparison of adjectives and adverbs;
- perfect system of verbs;
- demonstrative, relative and interrogative pronouns;
- irregular verbs. Syntax: temporary indicative clauses;
- relative clauses;
- direct questions;
- nominative with infinitive.

- Lectures, practice (translating). Regular class attendance and homework are required.
