- Course objectives
- At the end of the course students should be able to: define the basic current problems of information security with emphasis on ICT; interpret a analyze concrete real problems; explain factors which influenced the development in this domain; create logic arguments in discussion about the problems, their importance and possible solutions.
- Syllabus
- The goal is to define the basic current problems of information security with emphasis on ICT. Theoretical knowledge will be illustrated with concrete real examples, which will be analyzed by students. Development in this area will be described and the factors that influenced it will be clarified. Emphasis will also be placed on a discussion of various issues, their importance and possible solutions. Importance of the issue would be shown on real examples and the task.

- Teaching methods
- The course is taught every week, each partly in a form of lecture and partly discussion of the given concrete example/examples (literature about them each student finds himself). In addition to active participation in discussions will be required to elaborate a separate task. Combined students may instead of attendance to develop an additional task and presente it during the semester for their colleagues.

- Aktive role in class discussions during lectures/special task for the combined students, elaboration of a task, final group discussion.
