Course objectives
The main interest will be payd to the management and developing of the projects for realisation of archaeological excavations The course will be running in the form of theory (lectures) and practice (exercises). At the end of course students should be able to know, how to interpretate the data and how to use the data in preparation of project of archaeological excavation.

  • 4. Dealing with investor
  • 5. Preparations of terrain activities: study of maps, satelite imagines, list of archaeological sites
  • 6. Using of terrain data: geodetical measuring, GPS measuring, air prospection, archaeological prospection and methods of geophysics, GIS
  • 7. Collection, data evaluation and interpretation I
  • 8. Collection, data evaluation and interpretation II
  • 9. Collection, data evaluation and interpretation III
  • 10. Collection, data evaluation and interpretation IV
  • 11. Collection, data evaluation and interpretation V
