Course objectives
At the end of the course students will be able to demonstrate the knowledge of Basics of Auxiliary Historical Sciences (Basics of Auxiliary Historical Sciences for students of history of art).

  • 1. Definition of Auxiliary Historical Sciences.
  • 2. Basics of paleography, epigraphy and codicology.
  • 3. Basics of diplomatics and sigillography.
  • 4. Heraldry.
