Course objectives
The course focuses on extending the ability to understand unknown belletristic text. At the end of the course students should be able to read and interpret belletristic text independently. The cours should also mediate a contact with common japanese (not colloquial) - with language different to the one in the textbooks.

  • Murakami Haruki - Naya wo yaku Kawakami Hiromi - Hebi wo fumu
Literature
  • MURAKAMI, Haruki: Hotaru, Naja wo jaku, sono hoka no tanpen. Šinčóša 1984.
  • KAWAKAMI, Hiromi: Hebi wo fumu. Bunšun 1999.
Teaching methods
Individual work consulted with the teacher. 2 consultations (possible by e-mail) with the teacher plus short translation.
Assessment methods
Students will be evaluated according to consultations and the translation.
