Course objectives
The aim is to deepen students in basic psychological skills such as observation, interviewing and active listening techniques. Students on the diverse activities of self-experience and subsequent in-depth feedback will be able to check in   which areas of psychological work is their forte, and where the contrary is room for further development.
Syllabus
  • The content will be tailored to meet individual needs of specific students. For better an idea of ​​some possible topics  :
  • empathy practising;
  • different approaches to clients
  • interviewing;
  • active listening techniques
  • basics of crisis intervention
