- Course objectives
- The main aim of the course is to revise and consolidate what students have already learnt, and to develop and extend their knowledge further. More challenging practice for AJ51110 Zkouška z anglického jazyka. This examination is compulsory in all MA courses. For exemptions see the PE section of the department's website.
- Syllabus
- 1. Choose the test and sign up for it in the Elf (read About the course in the Elf course) 2. ONE of the following textbooks Destination: Units 21-26 or NCAE: Units 1-10 or 11-20 or NPTP: Units 1-6, 7-12 or 13-18 3. Study regularly every week and do the respective tests in the Elf. The pass/fail line is 70%. 4. Study the sets of Hot Potato Exercises: Collocations and Phrasal Verbs 5. Sit the Final test from the chosen part + the HotPot exercises (details to be specified later).The pass/fail line is 70%.
