Course objectives
This course is a follow up course of the Practical Dutch III/1 in the winter term. The main objective of this course is to acquire the knowledge and skills on the B2 level of the Common European Framework for Languages. This level may be tested by the international exam CNaVT - profile PTHO - Profile Language Competence for Higher Education. The students get familiar with authentic audio and video materials.

Teaching methods
Intensive student-orientated seminars: writing, reading, conversation, presentations, prosody, listening and language exercises.
Assessment methods
The student is obliged to participate actively in the seminars. The seminars are held every week. The student must successfully participate at separate tests, work out a presentation and at the end his knowledge and all four skills - reading, writing, speaking and listening will be tested by an oral and written exam.
