Course objectives
The students will be able to better communicate with staff, motivate them, to support tohe co-operation at the workplace.
Syllabus
  • Work psychology and management. Staff selection, profesiography, outplacement. Staff motivation, theories of motivaction. Team work, cooperation in schools. Collegiality, the way of co-operation. Supervision, mentoring. The personality of haed teacher. Time management.
