- The objective of the cours is to expose the main stream of the HUngarian literature from its beginning to the present days. At the end of the cours,the students should know the main trends, periods, authors and works and describe the development of specific themes and genres.
- Syllabus
- The beginning of the literacy in Hungary, humanism, its legacy in baroque, enlightement and the national awaking, romanticism and realism, modernism and literature between the WW, the stagnation after WW2 and emigration, the Central European dialogue, postmodernism.
