- Course objectives
- At the end of the course the students will be able:
- to understand a lot of possible ways how to understand a literary work
- to characterize the possible ways how to understand a literary work
- to work with concrete literary texts and to use the possible ways how to understand a literary work
- to interpret the concrete literary texts selected by themselves and by the teacher - Syllabus
- The basic scheme of the course:
- 1. the possible aspects in the attitude towards a literary work
- 2. interpretation of a literary work as a theoretic discipline
- 3. literary work and the experience of the recipient
- 4. literary work as a vehicle of values
- 5. literary work as a social fact
- 6. literary work as a complex of formal methods
