Course objectives
Course is focused on the survey of the Czech and Moravian painting of the 18th century, at the end of the course student will be able to understand the evolution of the painting of the 18th century from the high baroque tradition to the tendencies of the Enlightment period, to work with information on the important personalities of the 18th century painting and to explain the basic stylistic and contextual questions of the 18th century painting in Bohemia and Moravia.
