- Course objectives
- Constrastive Spanish-Czech grammar course, focused on problematic grammatical topics.
Main objectives can be summarized as follows:
Student should be able to understand short Spanish texts and related grammatical phenomena.
Essential points of grammar; oral expression; comprehension exercices; reading and commenting of literary and newspaper texts. Listening exercices. - Syllabus
- Spanish verbs "ser", "estar" and "haber".
- Usage of determinants.
- Spanish verbal system and usage of of tenses.
- Prepositions.
- Contrastive Spanish-Czech syntactic tasks.

Participation on class discussions and all written homeworks are requested. - Assessment methods
- Credit: is obtained for attendance and active participation in the course (min. 80 %) and after successfully completing a final test (success rate 80 %)
Examination: Written test.
