- Course objectives
- The postgraduate student will be asked to display sufficient knowledge of the cardinal works in linguistics, basic orientation in the history of linguistic thinking and in the traditional as well as modern trends in linguistics.
- Learning outcomes
- After finishing the course students will have a complex knowledge about history and evolution of linguistics as discipline of humanities. They will be aware of relations and influence between different trends and schools in the history of linguistics.
