Course objectives
Consolidate competences of C1 level of language.
Learning outcomes
At the end of the course the students will be able to -discuss topics concerning Italian contemporary and past life -read and understand specialized and non-specialized articles -identify standard and non standard use of language -recognize and use idiomatic sentences and colloquialisms -talk and discuss with appropriate and effective language, paying attention to style and context.
Syllabus
  • Tense consistency in dependent clauses, complex and compound sentences, text coherence and cohesion. Thematic areas: arts, history, languages, geography, society.
