- Course objectives
- The goal of the lesson is to deepen knowledge of the Sahidic dialect of the Coptic language through reading of the original Coptic texts.
- Learning outcomes
- Student will be able to read and to interpret original Coptic texts.
- Syllabus
- 1. Reading of the selected texts of the Coptic version of the New Testament. 2. Reading of the selected texts of the Coptic version of the Old Testament. 3. Reading of the selected Coptic religious texts. 4. Reading of the selected Coptic gnostic texts.
