Course objectives
At the end of the course students should be able: to understand the human resources system to make work analysis to use information about recruitment in the practical way to create the system of assessment and education in the firm to explain the ways of remuneration to understand the basic problems in labour relations

Mandatory participation (maximum of 2 absences). Submission of two essays: Topic 1.: a / "Why I signed up / and on the subject of Human Resources Management in Practice  " b / "What do I expect from this course" Topic 2.: a / "The contribution of my study field personnel to work" b / "My personal SWOT analysis from the point of view     used in practice" Form: SWOT analysis of the processed form of presentation (PWP) SWOT analysis = analysis of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats Range: up to 8 pages of presentations, always 3-5 points for each of the SWOT analysis Deadline: April 30, 2012 to submit
