Předpokladem pro účast v kurzu je dobré zvládnutí azbuky (samostatné čtení, psaní), znalost gramatiky a slovní zásoby v rozsahu předmětu UJ_22 Ukrajinština pro začátečníky či Ukrajinština pro slavisty a bohemisty I.

Course objectives
The course is focused on acquiring the basics of Ukrainian in its written and oral form. Students should acquire knowledge of Ukrainian phonetics and morphology as well as the ability to communicate in everyday life situations.
Syllabus
  • Grammar:
  • Nouns (declension).
  • Adjectives (declension).
  • Pronouns (personal, possessive).
  • Numerals (ordinal).
  • Verbs (future and perfect, conditional).
  • Conversational topics:
  • 1. Time. Hours, days, months
  • 2. My day
  • 3. Hobbies and leisure time
  • 4. At the doctor
  • 5. Cafe, restaurant
  • Traffic and travelling
