Course objectives
The aim of the cours is to provide deeper knowledge of art historyś methodlogies and actual historiography. The content of the course, absd on crtical reading and analysis of the text, is closely tied with proces of preparation a Phd. thesis. The course should provide theoretical backround for the students´ research and especially provide the necessary orienation in transformation of actual transformation of the discipline of art history. The main goal is to interconnect the general methodological outline with concrete aspects of students´s research.
Learning outcomes
The students aquired deepre insight ti methodology and interpretation approaches of the contemporary art history; They get up theoretical framework for their work; They will be able to understand actual methodlogical tendencies and and adopt them to their own research i proces of writing a thesis.
