Course objectives
The students will expand and consolidate their knowledge and skills in the area of passive and active translation of business texts in the seminar. The course concentrates on adoption of expanded vocabulary, specific syntactical constructions and on deepening of business contracts and related business documents formal processing skills.
Learning outcomes
After finishing the course, the student will be able:
- to conduct business communications in Russian (both personally and by telephone),
- to translate all commercial documentation and correspondence from Russian into Czech and from Czech into Russian using the dictionary and the available information resources.

  • 5. Transport and shipping documents.
  • 6. Customs documents.
  • 7. Insurance of goods.
  • 8. Packaging and marking of goods.
  • 9. Delivery and acceptance of goods.
  • 10. Reclamation and sanctions.
  • 11. Force majeure.
  • 12. Final contract provisions. Details of the contract parties.
