- Teaching methods
- Content of the curriculum is divided into ten parts, the teaching of which will take the form of lectures with elements of project instruction - during the semester the students will perform partial tasks on individual projects and present their work. During seminars, students will experience long-term protection in practice:
- connection to a remote server;
- identification and validation of file formats;
- analysis and deduplication of files;
- migration and normalization of files.
The course is taught in a hybrid form, personal participation in lectures is recommended.
During the semester there will be several classes and workshops in which attendance is mandatory with the exception of absences excused in accordance with the study regulations. Students will be informed of the schedule of required lectures in the IS and at the first lecture. - Assessment methods
- The course ends with a colloquium. For successful completion of the course it is necessary to prepare a seminar paper and present its outputs. At least 5 out of 9 assignments must be handed in during the semester if they are handed in on the due date (i.e. no later than the day before the next lecture). If assignments are turned in after the due date (no later than the presentation date), all nine assignments must be completed.
