Course objectives
The aim is for the student to present the main parts of the dissertation and demonstrate his/her ability to present the key ideas and the contribution of the extensive scientific work.
Learning outcomes
In the thesis, about 10 pages long, the doctoral student gives an overview of the main parts of his/her dissertation and evaluates its contribution to the field of science. A component of the printed thesis is a selection of the most important sources and literature used in the dissertation.
Syllabus
  • Preparation of the thesis of the dissertation, in which the doctoral student formulates the basic methodological procedures and research outputs of his/her dissertation in the prescribed manner.

  • A selection of the most important sources and literature used in the dissertation.

Teaching methods
The course is conducted in the form of individual preparation and consultations with the supervisor closely connected to the dissertation preparation.
Assessment methods
The evaluation will be based on the submission of the thesis summarizing the main benefits of the dissertation.

Teacher's information
Elaboration and submission of a thesis summarizing the results of the dissertation, which is submitted for defence - after the dissertation has been completed. It is necessary to register for the course in the IS in the same semester in which the dissertation is to be submitted.
