Course objectives
The aim of the course is to learn skills related to user research. The course is designed as an individually set research experience, where the student carries out their own research project under the guidance of a mentor.
The project may take the form of
- the student's own individual research project in the organization where the student works,
- a commissioned individual research project for a non-profit organization or public service,
- a group research project.
Learning outcomes
Upon completion of the internship, the learner will be able to:
- use independently selected research methods,
- analyze research data, - negotiate research conditions with the sponsor,
- communicate and present research results to the designer and other stakeholders.
