Course objectives
At the end of the semestr the student / singer should be able to sight read and will improve his skills and knowledge in the music of the middle ages and renaissance period.

gains valuable experience with the music of the middle ages and renaissance period.
Syllabus
  • Preparation of compositions of middle ages and renaissance, partially contemporary choral repertoire. Public performances, singing during liturgy.

Teaching methods
Performance (singing mostly), lectures, drills, audiovisual examples.
Assessment methods
Oral exam consisting of the testing of knowledges and music skills.
