- Learning outcomes of the course unit The aim of the course is to familiarize students with basic issues of labor relations and human resource management.
- Learning outcomes
- The student be able to: to understand the basic problems in labour relations describe the human resources management system in the organization know how to manage and develop teams to be able to analyze the job position to use information about recruitment in the practical way to create the system of assessment and education in the firm to explain the ways of remuneration

Submission of two essays: Topic 1.: a / "Why I signed up / and on the subject of Human Resources Management in Practice " b / "What do I expect from this course" Topic 2.: a / "The contribution of my study field personnel to work" b / "My personal SWOT analysis from the point of view used in practice" Form: SWOT analysis of the processed form of presentation (PWP) SWOT analysis = analysis of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats Range: up to 8 pages of presentations, always 3-5 points for each of the SWOT analysis Deadline: April 30, 2012 to submit
