Course objectives
The main aim of the short-term attachment is to acquire knowledge and know how in the field of organisational and work psychology process of employee selection and testing(personalistics), and analyse of organisation positions.
Learning outcomes
After short-term attachment student should be able to:
1. understand selected aspects of personal management in organisation
2. compare teoretical information with organisational praxis

Teaching methods
Duration of the short-term attachment is 7 days at least; students vindicate the workplace to themselves. Students are expect to cooperate actively with the organisation, help to solve its problems supervised by psychologist or HR specialist.
