Course objectives
The seminar follows the course "Legal terminology of Ukrainian I" and it focuses on the improvement of acquired knowledge and skills, especially in the practical part such as expansion of the language of the law, translation of official documents from Ukrainian into Czech and vice versa, translation of various court decisions and resolutions. Students will also learn about other theoretical problems in translation of legal legal terminology.
Learning outcomes
After completing the course the student will be able to translate legal documents.

  • 1. Repetition of theoretical and practical knowledge. 2. Driving license, international driving license. Vehical registration. 3. Proxy. 4. Extract from the criminal record. 5. Extract from the commercial register. Extract from the trade register. 6. Founding charter. Social contract. Articles of Association. 7. Documents on education - certificate, diploma, etc. 8. Protocol on the hearing of a witness (suspect). 9. Resolution. Summons. 10. Verdict.
