- Srovnávací morfologie skeletu obratlovů se zaměřením na savce, chrup savců a jeho fylogenetický vývoj, morfologické a fyziologické adaptace ve vztahu k potravě. Determinace osteologického materiálu, zejména kraniologického, analýza kadaverů, potravních zbytků (obsahy žaludků, vývržky predátorů) aj.
