Course objectives

In this course, students will learn to process experimental data using PC, to test statistical hypotheses, to do calibrations, to use programs STATISTICA and QC Expert.

Learning outcomes

At the end of the course student will be able to process experimental data using PC; to test statistical hypotheses; to do calibrations; to use program STATISTICA; to use program QC Expert.

Syllabus

• 1. Introduction to the computer program STATISTICA. 2. Introduction to the computer program QC Expert. 3.-4. Basic of statistics. 5. Hypothesis testing. 6. ANOVA. 7.-8. Calibration. 9. Sampling. 10.-11. Uncertainties. 12. Control charts.
