Course objectives: 1. Characteristics and types of ecotoxicological tests, cultures for biotests, limitations, interpretations. 2. Biotests with consumers (fish, invertebrates) 3. Biotests with producents (plants, algae) 4. Biotests with destruents (bacteria, micromycetes) 5. Biotests for air quality assessment (mosses and lichenes) 6. Biococnetrations, exposure tests 7. Biotests for soil quality assessment. 8. Long-term and chronic tests, tests of trophy, special biotests. 9. Sources of variability. 10. Standard, recommended and alternative tests. Batteries of biotests.
