- Light Microscope Construction and Function. Epidermis - Replicas for the Study of Surface. Cell Cycle, Nuclear Staining by Rapid Cytological Methods. The Flower: Androeceum, Microsporogenesis, Pollen Grain. Gynoeceum, Megasporogenesis, Embryo Sac, Zygote. Fertilisation, Embryo and Endosperm Development, Whole Mounts of Cleared Preparations. Phase Contract Microscopy. Anatomical Methods: Fixation, Dehydration, Infiltration and Embedding, Sectioning, Dyes and Staining. Cryosections and Histochemistry. Fluorescence Microscopy.
