- Syllabus 1.Immune system: 2.Cells and organs of the immunity - ontogenesis, phenotype, structure, function and activacion, signs receptors: 3.Immune response: antigens, structure, chemical properties, clasification, presentation MHC structure, function, regulation, immunogenetic: genes displacement, polymorphism, genesis of diversity Antibodies: structure, chemical properties, functions, classes of antibodies, isotypes, allotypes, idiotypes T-cell receptors: structure, function and antigen binding, interaction of receptors with ligands: adhesive molecules, complement receptors, Fc receptors, transfer of signals Nonspecific immunity: complemet: structure and function, accute phasis reactans, inflammation Phagocytosis: phases, cooperation of the phagocytosis with other components of the immune system 4.The mechanism of the hypersensitivity: IgE mediated : early and late response IgG, IgA and IgM : mediated, opsonisation, complement binding Immune complexes: mediated Cells mediated: Others NK cells, killer cells after the lymphokine activation, skin basophile hypersensitivity 5.Cytokine and immunomodulators: cytokine : origin, structure, effect, receptor-place of effect, metabolism, regulation and gene activation inflammation regulators: origin, structure, effect, receptor-place of effect, metabolism and regulation 6.Immunoregulation: Toleration, clonal selection, inhibition, antigenic paralytic.
