Course objectives
Principles of analysis of metals, alloys, slags, silicates, rocks, ores and cements, water, soil and food analysis, drug analysis, analysis of oil and petroleum products, determination of gases in metals, surface analysis. In addition general ways of sampling, preparation and decomposition of samples for analyses are given.
Syllabus (in Czech)
  • 1. Specifika analytické chemie při aplikaci na objekty reálného světa. Problematika analytického vzorku a vyhodnocení výsledků analytických metod. Zvláštní zřetel je věnován metodám přípravy vzorku k analýze, rozkladům vzorku při použití destruktivních metod a použití soudobých analytických metod. 2. Analýza kovů a slitin 3. Stanovení nekovových inkluzí (vměstků) v kovech 4. Analýza plynů v kovech 5. Analýza silikátů, skel, strusek a cementů 6. Analýza půd 7. Analýza keramických a speciálních materiálů 8. Analýza polovodičů 9. Analýza povrchů a tenkých vrstev 10. Ultrastopová analýza anorganických materiálů. Problémy mineralizace vzorků 11. Meze analytických metod 12. Specifika analýzy organických materiálů. Problematika mineralizace vzorků. 13. Analýza drog 14. Kombinované (hybridizované) postupy u instrumentálních a separačních metod (hyphenated methods). Moderní přístupy při analýze speciací.
