The course is offered to students of any study field.
Course objectives
The course is devoted mainly for students of geology and of the teacher study of biology and geography (master program) with paleontological diploma thesis. It follows the main goal to amplify knowledge of palaeogeographical methods in respect of paleobathymetry.
Syllabus
  • Concepts & Factors & Faunistic trends & Fossil groups (Algae, Forams, Scleractinia, Conodots, Teleostei - otoliths, trace fossils) & Facial models & Geometry of rock bodies & Sedimentological criteria & Geochemical and mineralogical criteria
