Course objectives
Topic of the lecture is focused on explanation of character of fluids and fluid inclusions. Features of common fluid systems and an application of results of fluid inclusion studies in geosciences are presented.
Syllabus
  • 1. Fluids. 2. Fluid inclusions - origin, generations and typology. 3. A sphere of utilization of fluid inclusion study. 4. Technical equipment for investigation of fluid inclusions. 5. Microthermometry. 6. Fluid systems. 7. Other analytical techniques. 8. Presentation and interpretation of analytical data. 9. Examples of using microthermometric data, calculations.
