Course objectives
Further introduction to the field of the Civic Society. Main objectives can be summarized: position, economic and legal aspects of Civic Society Organisations in the Czech Republic; important institutions for the development of the Civic Society, etc.

  • 2. Czech civic society, its presuppositions, origins, forms.
  • 3. Czech tradition of cluv activities.
  • 4. Changes after 1989: organizing civic society
  • 5. Changes after 1989: NIR, RV NNO, state and EU funding policy
  • 6. Subjects of civic society
  • 7. Civic sector in Europe and in the world
  • 8. Legislative for civic society organizations
  • 9. Economical framework. Financing and fundraising in the civic sector.
  • 10. Marketing and PR
  • 11. Annual reports, the tool of transparency. Web sites.
