- Course objectives
- At the end of the course students should be able to: work with standard light microscope, prepare bacis native histological section, understand and explain persistent section preparation,understand and explain structure of basic animal tissues, recognize basic animal tissues in histological sections.

- 1. Basis of microscope techniques, principles and technical overview of microscope 2. modified metodology in light microscopy, elektron and confocal microscope techniques 3. Cytology: single cell organisms and morphology of animal cells 4. Epitels 5. Connecting and binding tissue 6. Trophic tissue blood and body fluid 7. Muscle tissue 8. Organ systems
