- Course objectives
- The basic goal of the course is to practice the mathematical basics of mathematics for computer graphics. Some applications of mathematics for computer graphics are mentioned. At the end of this course, students should be able to: understand rudiments of mathematics for computer graphics; explain and practice basic notions and relations among them.
- Syllabus
- Aplications; geometric transformations. Bézier's method. Curves and surfaces. Bézier's segments. Rational Béezier's segments. Quality criterions. Differential geometry. B-Spline method. Splines and B-Splines. B-spline curves. Interpolation and Approximation. Interpolation with curves. Interpolation of surfaces. Approximation.
